QuickStart Guide: Employee Mobile App

This QuickStart Guide explains how employees can download, sign in, and navigate the Frontline Education Mobile app.

Download the App

You can download the app from your device’s app store:

  • Apple Devices (iPhone/iPad): Search for "Frontline Education" in the App Store.
  • Android Devices: Search for "Frontline Education" in the Google Play Store.

Sign In

  • Open the app and tap Get Started.
  • Enter your Frontline ID username and password, or use Single Sign-On (SSO) if available.
  • If prompted, select your organization.

Homepage Overview

The homepage displays information based on your permissions. Depending on your district setup, you may see:

  • Absence and leave balance details.
  • Time Clock (clock in/out).
  • Timesheet summary.
  • Absence scheduling.

Using the Menu (Side Navigation)

The Menu option gives you access to additional tools:

  • Absences: View PTO balances, upcoming/approved/denied absences, and schedule new absences.
  • Time Clock: Clock in and out of shifts.
  • Timesheets: View, edit, and submit timesheets.
  • Calendar: See scheduled absences and registered Professional Development events.
  • Visit Website: Open the web login page.
  • Help Center: Access app-specific support resources.
  • Contact Support: Send questions or feature requests to Frontline’s mobile support team.
  • Settings: Manage district details, user preferences (e.g., dark mode), or log out.
  • Inbox: Review alerts sent by your district.
  • People: Access your contact list, including email and phone details.
