Contact your district's administrator for ERP/SIS/HRMS if you cannot access ERP/SIS/HRMS after following the instructions on this page.
Your district will provide you with a link to ERP/SIS/HRMS, your user ID, and your password. Your sign-in procedure will vary depending on which features your district has configured.

Features of the Sign-In Screen
The environments tag shows your district name and the name of the server environment you are using (such as Production, Live, or Training). The information on this tag and its color are set by your district's administrator for Frontline ERP, SIS and HRMS solutions. |

Initial Sign-In Procedure without Security Questions
- Enter your User ID and Password on the sign-in page and click the Sign in button.
- A security instructions page will appear. Read the instructions and click the Continue button to access the My Entry Points dashboard.
After this initial sign-in, you can select your own start page. See "Using Dashboards" in the Frontline ERP/SIS Learning Center for more information.
Initial Sign-In Procedure with Security Questions
If your district has configured Frontline ERP, SIS and HRMS solutions to require security questions, then the first time you log into ERP/SIS/HRMS, you must set the questions and select answers for them.
The first time you sign into ERP/SIS/HRMS, you must set up the security on your account.
- Enter your User ID and Password on the sign-in page and click the Sign in button.
- A security instructions page will appear. Read the instructions and click the Continue button to access the Security Questions page.
- On the Security Questions page, select a question from the drop-down menu and enter an answer for the question. Click the Save and Continue button.
- Repeat the previous step for the second and third security questions. When you click the Save and Continue button for the third question, you are taken to the My Entry Points dashboard.
After this initial sign-in, you can select your own start page. See "Using Dashboards" in the Frontline ERP/SIS Learning Center for more information.
Answering Security Questions
If your district has set up the security questions feature, when you sign into ERP/SIS/HRMS for the first time from a new browser or computer, you will be prompted with one of the security questions you selected.
Enter the answer to the question. In the Remember Me field, select "Yes, This is a trusted, private computer" if you are signing in from a computer you trust and you want to skip the security question the next time you sign in from this device. Select "No, this is a public/shared computer" if you want a security question to appear the next time you sign in from this device. Click the Continue button to proceed to your chosen start page (or the My Entry Points dashboard if you have not yet selected a different start page).
Using ERP/SIS/HRMS in Kiosk Mode
If your computer has been set as a kiosk in ERP/SIS/HRMS, your sign-in screen has a link to the Time Stamp Kiosk.
- Click the Time Stamp Kiosk link to view the Kiosk Terminal screen.
- Enter your Employee ID. Enter a Function ID if you are clocking in to perform a function outside of your regular assignment. Click the Submit Time Stamp button.
- Click the Submit button on the Entry Confirmation window to submit your time stamp.
