Accessing the My Resource History Page

Note: *For all browsers, pop-ups must be enabled to use learning resources in the Resource Library.

This article explains the features and functionality associated with the My History page. The My History page contains a list of all the learning resources that you previously engaged in. You can reference this page, as needed, to review the status of a resource or to export your history details.

The system will list a resource on this page if you perform one of the following scenarios:

  Start a video or course
  Download a file
  Follow a link

(*Make sure to open and view the full resource in order for the resource to show on the Resource History page.)

  3. My Resource History

The Resource History page displays a sortable table where you can review the resource title, content type, completion status, interaction date(s), and completion date(s) (if applicable) for any resource you've previously engaged with.

Once a resource has been completed in the resource library, the Finished On column will display the resource's completion date(s).

To locate a specific resource, or group of resources, you can search by Usage Date, Resource Type, and/or Status (Finished and/or In Progress).

You can also sort the data in the table by clicking the chevron ^ icon at the top of each column.
