How Frontline Central Supports Staff Processes

Data in Frontline Central

Frontline Central data is primarily organized in the Staff Directory and General Configuration.

Staff Directory and Staff Profiles

The Staff Directory contains staff profiles and includes tools to filter, search, and export staff data.

Staff Directory:

  • Filter the staff list to narrow results
  • Search by staff name or staff ID
  • Export all staff data or filtered results

Staff profiles include multiple sections that organize staff information. Available content can vary based on stored data, connected Frontline applications, and user permissions.

Staff Profiles:

  • Personal Information, including emergency contacts and form-linked tabs such as tax withholding and direct deposit
  • Employment information and employment authorization data
  • Assignments, including where staff work and the roles they hold
  • Credentials and available credential actions
