Updating Account Settings

You may need to occasionally modify your WebReg profile due to account updates. These profile modifications include an email address, name, and email notification updates, just to name a few.

Account Settings

On the left navigation you will see Account Settings. From here, you can review your registrations, update your user profile, view/print your registration fee statements, and change your password.

 My Registrations

This section contains the activities for which you have registered with your WebReg account. It displays the start date, activity title, and hours/credits awarded by the provider of the activity.

 My User Profile

Your user profile includes details about your setup. You can update your email address, username, and other information as needed.

This section identifies the activities with registration costs that you are currently enrolled in and the activities you completed (which are available to print).

Change Password

  1.  Navigation:
  2. Learning Plan

Enter your current password; then, enter and confirm your new  password. Select Save to update.

If you forget your password, select the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your username to receive a password reset email.
