View Your Activity Statement

Your statement will open in a new dialog box and will include:

• Your name
• Activity title
• Activity status such as Pending or Enrolled
• Financial details related to the activity

Print or Reference Your Statement

• Reference the statement for district documentation.
• Print the statement for reimbursement or personal records.
