New Login Process for Frontline Analytics (Effective February 14)

Beginning February 14th, the login process for Frontline Analytics products will be updated to enhance security, simplify access to your software applications, and prepare for future Frontline product integrations.

New Login Process

On February 14, 2025, the Frontline Analytics Portal will no longer be used to access your products. You will be redirected to a Frontline sign-in page to select the analytics application you wish to log into.

Frontline Sign-In Page

As part of this update, renovations to the portal will take place. At a later date, the portal will be re-released within a new Frontline domain and will house eLearning content.

Access Not Changing 

Product login pages - Product login pages are not changing. Users that access their Analytics application from a direct product login page will still be able to use that method. 

Usernames and Passwords - Usernames and passwords are not changing. You can update your password whenever you want, but it's not mandatory. If you need help with your login, review Signing In and Out of Frontline Analytics.

Login to other Frontline products - Please continue logging into your other Frontline applications as usual. This change only affects Frontline Analytics.

What You Can Do

Note that you will no longer use the Frontline Analytics Portal to login to your Frontline Analytics product(s). Instead, you will use the new sign in page or continue to use your direct product login page. 

Bookmark the new sign in page for quick access.
