Learning Center Access Errors

Learning Centers provide valuable guidance for using your Frontline application. While some content is accessible to all users, other resources are tailored to specific user roles or locations, ensuring the information is relevant and appropriate for each audience.

Accessing the Learning Center

To ensure content is customized for each audience, users must access the Learning Center for proper authentication.

Access the Learning Center via the Help Resources icon icon within the application.

Attempting to access the Learning Center via a direct URL or link without authenticating may result in one of the following errors.

Not Authenticated

A "Not Authenticated" error occurs when the system doesn’t recognize who you are. This happens if you try to access the Learning Center directly without first navigating from your Frontline application. By starting from the application, we can identify you and provide the customized content tailored to your role and needs.
