Your organization may offer multiple ways to access Frontline products, such as Frontline Passport or Google and Microsoft (via Organization SSO). With this in mind, it is important to connect your Frontline accounts and ensure access to multiple applications across multiple organizations. Consider the following tips to help ensure you have a streamlined setup:

Managing Multiple Frontline Passports
If you have two Frontline passport accounts, you can consolidate them using the merge tool within your Account Settings. Select your profile in the top right of the navigation bar and select Account Settings to access this page.
From Account Settings, select the Frontline Passport tab and click the Merge Them function.
Enter the username/password for the account you want to merge/remove and click Verify & Continue. This action merges that secondary account (and the application(s) associated with that account) into your single Passport account.

Managing a Passport with an Org SSO
The connection of a Frontline Passport to an Organization SSO generally applies to users who belong in multiple organizations. You may need to connect these accounts based on the following scenarios:
- You currently use SSO and are invited to another organization that uses a Frontline Passport. In this instance, you will need to create a Frontline passport to access the new organization.
- You work in multiple organizations and already have a Frontline Passport. In this instance, you have 2 accounts (Frontline Passport and SSO), and you can connect your Frontline Passport to your SSO to consolidate your accounts.
Select your profile in the top right of the navigation bar and select Account Settings.
From Account Settings, a prompt will state, "Your Account Does Not Have a Frontline Passport." Click Connect a Frontline Passport to sign in or create a new Frontline passport, based on the scenario that applies to your specific setup.

Managing Multiple SSO Accounts
Some users may have more than one SSO account that needs to be connected to their Frontline applications. You would connect these accounts based on the following scenario:
- You have SSO and belong to another organization that also has SSO. In this instance, you can connect these two SSO accounts via your Frontline Account Settings.
Select your profile in the top right of the navigation bar and click Account Settings.
From Account Settings, select the SSO Settings tab.
From the SSO Settings page, you will provide your additional SSO email and validate you have access to this email via an authentication code.
