This QuickStart Guide explains how substitutes can download, sign in, and navigate the Frontline Education Mobile app.

Download and Sign In
- Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Tap Get Started to open the sign-in page.
- Sign in with your Frontline ID username and password or use Single Sign-On (SSO), if applicable.
- If prompted, select your organization.
Homepage Overview
- The homepage displays potential job opportunities.
- Tap View All Available Jobs to see a complete list of jobs in your district.
- Select a job to view details such as date, time, location, and assignment information.
- Tap Accept to confirm a job or Reject to decline it.
Menu and Navigation
The Menu provides quick access to tools and settings:
- Jobs: View and accept available jobs; review scheduled jobs.
- Non-Work Days: Add or manage non-work days.
- Calendar: View scheduled jobs or past assignments.
- Visit Website: Open the web version of Absence Management.
- Help Center: Access app-specific online resources.
- Contact Support: Reach out to Frontline Mobile Support with questions or feature requests.
- Settings: Update preferences (e.g., dark mode, notification sounds, privacy options) or log out.
- Inbox: Review alerts and announcements from your district.
