Signing In
- Go to app.frontlineeducation.com.
- Enter your username and password, then click Sign In.
- If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), select Or Sign in with Organization SSO.
- If you cannot remember your credentials, use the recovery options provided.
Key Items in the Top Navigation Bar
- App Switcher: Access Absence Management or other Frontline applications.
- Help Resources (“?” icon): Click to open the Learning Center for training materials and support resources.
- User Menu: Click your name to view account settings or sign out.
People Locator Widget
The People Locator widget displays real-time information on which kiosk users are currently signed in and on the clock. Access it from the homepage to view staff attendance at a glance. For more details, search “People Locator” in the Learning Center.
My Users Widget
The My Users widget allows you to view all Time & Attendance users within your visibility. Use the search bar to locate a specific user. Select a user to view their work schedule, payroll reports, or timesheet.
Finding Missed Punches
The Clock Exceptions report identifies deviations from scheduled time—such as early, late, or missed punches. Use this report to verify and correct employee time entries before approval. Search “Using the Clock Exceptions Report” in the Learning Center for more information.
Editing Timesheets
Once a user submits a timesheet, permissioned Administrators can review and make changes.
- Use the Date Range tool to select a timeframe.
- Click Actions to add or move time events.
- Click a time entry to edit start or end times.

Timesheet Approval and Post-Approval
- In Timesheet Review, select users to approve.
- Click Approve, Reject, or Reset Timesheets.
- Choose Approve Selected from the Actions dropdown and click Submit.
To edit an approved timesheet, reset it to Pending by selecting the user and choosing Reset Selected to Pending from the dropdown, then click Submit.
