Sign In
- Go to app.frontlineeducation.com.
- Enter your username/password and click Sign In.
- Or, if applicable, select Organization SSO to log in through your district’s portal.
- Select Having trouble signing in? for password or username recovery.
Search for Available Jobs
- View jobs on the homepage or under "Available Jobs" in the side menu.
- Jobs appear in calendar view (green) and list view.
- Click Accept to take a job or Reject to remove it.
Get Help and Resources
- Select Help Resources in the top purple bar.
- View Organization Admin contact details.
- Access Frontline Support learning resources.
Mobile Options
Mobile App
- Download the Frontline Education mobile app (App Store or Google Play).
- Sign in with your system username and password.
- Use the app for job alerts and accepting assignments.
Phone Options (1-800-942-3767)
- Press 1: Find available jobs.
- Press 2: Review or cancel upcoming jobs.
- Press 3: Review or cancel a specific job.
- Press 4: Review or change personal information.
When Absence Management Calls You
- Press 1: Listen to available jobs.
- Press 2: Stop calls for the rest of the day.
- Press 9: Stop calls permanently.
