Frontline's Client Success Organization and all relevant help material will run through an improved service platform. With this in mind, the team provides a list of public IP addresses that allow you to provide whitelist rules for access to your internal resources by the platform servers.
Our team highly recommends customers use some form of authentication mechanism to determine whether inbound/outbound requests are valid, rather than using an IP address.
