District users with Frontline's unique Insights Platform can access all their products with a single username and password. This Frontline Account eliminates the need for multiple logins and provides a higher level of personal security.
Each district has a unique setup that determines how you must proceed with the creation of your Frontline Account.
Perhaps you already have login credentials for a specific product but do not yet have a Frontline Account. If this scenario applies, please reference this article to create a single account with existing Frontline credentials.
Your district may alternately purchase the Frontline Insights Platform and begin to use a new Frontline product. Review the information below if this scenario applies.
Receiving an Invitation
Those who receive an email invitation must make the proper selections to either set up a new Frontline Account or proceed with their existing account.
Sign in with Existing Account
Select Sign in with Existing Account if you already created a Frontline Account. This selection takes you to the feature's Sign In page where you can enter your single Frontline username and password. The system recognizes your Frontline Account and associates this product with your unique credentials.
Create a New Account
Select Create a New Account if you still need to create a username and password for your Frontline Account. This selection takes you to a login page where you must create login credentials in accordance to Frontline's requirements.
Your new username must contain 1 alphabet character and at least 4 total characters. The password must have 1 alphabet character, 8 characters, and 1 number or special character.
Include an email address for password recovery and click Create Your Account once you are finished.
The system signs you in with your new username and password and requires these credentials for any future logins.
